This is a tale of a world where "horse girls" with glorious names and incredible running abilities live alongside humanity. Horse girl Special Week has moved from the country to the city to attend Tracen Academy. There, she and her classmates compete to win the Twinkle Series and earn the title of "The County's #1 Horse Girl."

Horse racing horse girls all the cliches you can handle... or not. This anime has it all Idol singing... where is the SPA and or human rights in all this. Absent along with the plot.

So, basically My Little Pony type of thing ... kind of. The characters are all competing to be the best anthropomorphic horse. Most of the personalities are in line with typical tropes, so it's fairly run-of-the-mill.
I guess this is OK, for something that seems to be targeted at preteen girls (or maybe creepy guys, not sure).

Lots of anime are sort of creepy, but there's usually some sort of point or explanation, or at least a context to make sense of their characters' particular freakishness -- I love that sort of thing. But this is seems to be about a bunch of girls who happen to be horses and spend most of their time running, or talking or thinking about running; and I really don't get it. Something about this that I cna't put my finger on seems way too serious and pointless at the same time. I don't think I'll be watching this one.
