Komura starts his school year with a new seat neighbor in homeroom, the bespectacled Mie. Before long, he’s nursing a raging crush on his quirky classmate who’s always forgetting her glasses. While this might be ideal for Komura to get to know Mie better, will his poor heart give out from the daily strain of being up close and personal with the girl he likes?
Komura commence son année scolaire avec un nouveau voisin de siège dans la classe principale, Mie à lunettes. En peu de temps, il nourrit un béguin pour sa camarade de classe excentrique qui oublie toujours ses lunettes. This really reminded me why I prefer adult shows (by which I mean shows with adults in them -- of course). I could catch diabetes from this stuff.

Looks great. Animation is a bit too smooth for my taste, and the author/director has some interesting taste in weird camera angles. Very well done otherwise. Boy meets nearsighted girl. She's not tsundere, she's just squinting because she can't see. I don't think I've seen a show that portrays a girl's hair as... messy? disheveled? as this one. Cute boy-meets-girl stuff and general mr. magoo hilarity ensues.

The animation was over the top... in fact, it distracted from the show itself. A ditzy girl and hopeless romantic boy. Funny as heck in a subtile way. Not to over the top still not really enough for me to keep watching.
