The shows heroine is a fairly typical big-dreamer-stuck-in-a-dull-boonies-town type of character. For the first part of the show, all we see is the "I want adventure" trope repeated again and again, complete with parents who want her to stay in the same dull life they have. | |||
Not only that, but most of the characters are fairly typical archtypes. Her friends are a good-natured warrior and a reserved and bookish mage type, both of whom are hesitant relative to her to set out for adventure. Naturally, she eventually convinces them to set out for adventure with her. | |||
The art style is quite crisp and clean, so at least there are good visuals, but aside from that, everything is pretty much cookie-cutter from a JRPG. | |||
It does have a simplistic charm to it, mostly from the feel of starting an RPG and meeting the main characters before the quest starts. I'm guessing the way things have gone so far, they have to defeat the Demon Lord to bring peace to the land. | |||

Stout Reisalin, a girl living on Kurken Island in search of adventure. She discovers an abandoned row boat one summer day and sets out to the mainland with her friends Marslink Lent and Mongarten Tao. Along the way, Ryza meets the alchemist Vollmer Empel and his companion Decyrus Lila, which sets her on the path of learning alchemy and her intertwining adventures, and she soon discovers the truth about her home.
Stout Reisalin, une fille vivant sur l'île de Kurken en quête d'aventure. Un jour d'été, elle découvre une chaloupe abandonnée et se dirige vers le continent avec ses amis Marslink Lent et Mongarten Tao.
