Komura starts his school year with a new seat neighbor in homeroom, the bespectacled Mie. Before long, he’s nursing a raging crush on his quirky classmate who’s always forgetting her glasses. Looks great. Animation is a bit too smooth for my taste, and the author/director has some interesting taste in weird camera angles. Very well done otherwise. Boy meets nearsighted girl. She's not tsundere, she's just squinting because she can't see. I don't think I've seen a show that portrays a girl's hair as... messy? disheveled? as this one. Cute boy-meets-girl stuff and general mr. magoo hilarity ensues.

The animation was over the top... in fact, it distracted from the show itself.  A ditzy girl and hopeless romantic boy.   Funny as heck in a subtile way.  Not to over the top still not really enough for me to keep watching.
