Two brothers playing with fire of alchemy get burned. Years later, they find a remote desert town with a seemly miraculous priest .... too miraculous. Using the same magic as they do, they find that this man is bending the rules of alchemy to his own twisted means and investigate.

Reviews

Bunnymoon

"Funny and serious, it has a great story line. The characters are great, and the art is great."

Purcherius

"The best blend of magic and technology I have ever see. A real "gem" that "suits" the style well."

MsJadey

"Having already begun reading the scanlations at Teriyama's World, I already well intrigued by this story. A very interesting plot angle -- let's see more!"

humanbean

"innovative treatment for a system of magic."

Pat

"Looks really cool!"

kenneth

"An intriguing series with well conceived magic system."

crazy leo

"The story line is interesting and I like how they use Alchemist for basis of magic."

Ultra Rob

"An interesting premise, setting and story, with typical but likable characters."

Nekoko

"Okay it's not pretty boys exactly but it will do. and poor alchemy is such an under appreciated branch of "science" and "magic", it's nice to see a fresh approach like this. Also the brothers need to be slashed."

Michael Eh?

"As oppose to Scrapped Princess or Someday's Dreamer, the magic 'visual' represented in this series is the standard fair of 'poof! there it is.' (with the exception of the opening sequence.) What makes the magic or alchemy so enticing is the attitude and logic given to it by the characters. The treatment that magic is part of nature but this nature has rules and a 'price' for it's use."
